Panel Discussion on "The Greek Revolution: A Critical Dictionary" book

Harvard's Center for Hellenic Studies and the Embassy of Greece in the US bring together a panel of scholars from History, Political Science, and Classics, to explore the significance of the book, edited by Paschalis Kitromilides and Constantinos Tsoukalas, as well as the importance of the Greek Revolution and its legacy.

Speakers: Welcome address by HE Alexandra Papadopoulou (Ambassador of Greece in the United States), opening remarks by Mark Schiefsky (Harvard University/Director CHS), panelists Paschalis Kitromilides (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens/Academy of Athens/CHS), Eleni Angelomatis-Tsougarakis (Ionian University), Johanna Hanink (Brown University/Journal of Modern Greek Studies), David Armitage (Harvard University), Mark Mazower (Columbia University), and Nicolas Prevelakis (Harvard University/CHS) as moderator and chair of the event.
