Synopsis of the visiting program:
Three undergraduate students from Louisiana State University, led by Professor Judy Myhand, used for a couple of hours the computers in the Center’s Digital Library. This study abroad program focuses on “Food and Culture in Greece” and, in particular, nutrition and local farming and breeding products. Their guide and coordinator, Panayiotis Psychas, a local high school teacher, helped organize the visit to the Center. This was the program’s fourth visit to the Center since 2013.
