This study abroad program focuses on “Food and Culture in Greece” and, in particular, nutrition and local farming and breeding products. Their guide and coordinator, Panayiotis Psychas, a local high school teacher, helped organize the visit to the Center. This was the program’s fourth visit to the Center since 2013.
