Synopsis:

The heatwaves and wildfires across Europe and the United States are sobering reminders of the effects of climate change. Cities in Europe are expected to be severely impacted. This discussion will explore ways in which local governments are creating collaborative solutions to address physical and social resilience in the face of extreme heat, with a particular focus on Athens.
