Synopsis
CHS Greece will host this 20-hour training program, offered free of charge to 29 educators and primary education staff of Argolis. The program consists of four experiential and workshop-based sessions, scheduled for November 2024 and January 2025.
Lifelong education for individuals who interact with children is essential for fostering balanced emotional, cognitive, and social development, laying the foundation for the growth of healthy adults, both physically and mentally.
The program will cover the basic theory of the Gestalt approach and include experiential application of theoretical concepts, such as understanding the "what" and "how" of interpersonal experiences, developing responsibility for oneself, and fostering accountability toward others and the shared environment created together. Specifically, participants will explore issues commonly arising in relationships and, through personal experience and practice, experiment with new ways of interaction and the development of fresh dynamics within the group.
