British poet Gill McEvoy was awarded the “Michael Marks Award for Poetry Pamphlets”. The British Library and the Wordsworth Trust, under the sponsorship of the Michael Marks Charitable Trust, organized the award ceremony in the British Library. Matina Goga attended the ceremony and had an opportunity to meet the award winner and to discuss with the competition’s administrators further ways to make the poets’ stay in Greece worthwhile.
