Presentation of the Book Copy Stand known as the "Cradle" at the University of Patras Library Conference

The 4th of November 2009 marked a unique outreach happening for CHS Greece. The "Cradle", having been transported by car to Patras and after being painstakingly reassembled, was presented to an avid audience of students and academic librarians at the 18th International Library Science Conference organised by the University of Patras. Professors Ioannis Petropoulos, Christopher Blackwell and Casey Dué each gave informal talks, followed by a demonstration by Prof. Christopher Blackwell and CHS's IT Administrator Gregory Katsaros of the cradle's operation.
