Synopsis of the program:

The program, which is offered gratis, brings together a group of Harvard faculty and college students with up to 24 high school students mainly from Greece. The high school students engage in a mixture of thought-provoking activities, such as the study of original philosophical and other texts, field surveys, presentations, etc., aiming to broaden their educational horizons and cultivate their way of thinking, and a number of skills with the support of the faculty, the teaching fellows, and guest lecturers from Greece and abroad. The Teaching Fellows work with their professors to assemble course material and prepare every activity related to the Program. During the Program, they coordinate its sessions and support students’ study hours, preparation and implementation of everyday tasks, and presentations. Program is open to a limited number of participants and application is required.
