CHS Greece will host 23 students consisting of a group of Harvard graduate students and a group of international students enrolled in the program through NKUA who will visit Nafplio for a few days along with their faculty members as part of their intense three-week course on Migration and Refugee Studies (July 11, 2022 – July 31, 2022). This new program aims to bring together in Greek locations of interest (Athens, Nafplio, and Lesvos) an international group of students from Harvard and other universities for lectures, seminars, interactive class sessions, and fieldwork on issues related to contemporary forced migration. The course offers the students the opportunity to engage conceptually and practically with key issues related to contemporary forced migration. While in Nafplio, the participants will use the CHS Greece seminar room and study areas and will participate in out-of-class group activities, such as visits to museums and sites, theater performances, and group meals.
