Andreas A. Nikolovgenis received the Diploma in Architecture from the University of Patras (2013, summa cum laude) and the MArch II from the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University (2015) as an "Andreas Mentzelopoulos" fellow. He also received "Gerondelis" and "Phoutrides Memorial" fellowships. He is an Assistant Professor of Architecture and Urban Design in the Department of Architecture at the University of Ioannina, where he has taught since 2017. He is an Associate in Architecture and a Member of the Interdisciplinary Advisory Committee of the Center for Hellenic Studies in Greece, Harvard University (2021–). He served as a Teaching Assistant at the Master’s Program in Architecture and Urban Design "Mediterranean Futures" sponsored by the Department of Architecture, University of Patras (2016¬2020). He was the assistant-to-the-editor for "Tourism Landscapes: Remaking Greece" (Y. Aesopos, ed.), the publication of the Greek participation to the 14th Venice Biennale, and assistant-to-the-curator for the homonymous exhibition in Athens (2015). He is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Architecture, the University of Patras (2019–), researching the future of Greece's countryside. His architecture practice, founded in 2016 in Athens, has been awarded and published.
