#  Event to commemorate John A. Petropulos (1929-1999)

 CHS Greece collaborates with the [Argolis Association of Philologists](https://sfargo.blogspot.com/) in the organization of an event to commemorate a distinguished historian of modern Greece, John A. Petropulos.The event entitled **"John A. Petropulos (1929-1999), the historian, the person"** will take place on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 6 p.m. and will be streamed live on YouTube.

 The invited speakers will be **Nikiforos Diamandouros** (Professor Emeritus of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), **Nikos Alivizatos** (Professor Emeritus of the School of Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) and **Michael Tsapogas** (Doctorate in Law, University of Munich).
