February 22, 2024

During the winter semester of 2023-24, fifteen third-year students in the [School of English Language and Literature at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki](https://www.enl.auth.gr/index_en.html) participated in a collaborative project focused on developing a terminology glossary for Harvard's Center for Hellenic Studies in Greece.

The endeavor was offered as an optional task in the context of the course G-LSUD3 PraTIS 301, "General Text Translation Workshop," offered by the Department of Translation & Intercultural Studies. Dr. [Kyriaki Kourouni](https://www.enl.auth.gr/instructor_en.asp?ID=83), Senior Teaching Fellow at the School of English Language and Literature, was the scientific supervisor for the project.

The Center seeks to collaborate with Greek Universities and, through these collaborations, create the conditions for enhancing the skills of students in their fields of study. The bilingual glossary created is an additional working tool to ensure linguistic accuracy and full content development in both languages in which the Center publishes its material, both in digital and print media.
