The Center for Hellenic Studies in Greece (CHS Greece) is one of Harvard's 20+ global offices supporting the University's faculty, students, and researchers in their work worldwide and connecting local individuals, organizations, and alumni to Harvard. In addition, CHS Greece unites the humanistic pursuits of its twin institution, CHS in Washington, DC (CHS US), with the homeland of Hellenism.

 ### Summer programs are beginning

In collaboration with Harvard departments and centers, as well as institutions in Greece and worldwide, CHS Greece's summer [seminar-based programs](/seminar-programs "Seminar-based Programs") and [internships](/internships "Internships") are now underway or about to begin.

### Programs 

 

The Center for Hellenic Studies offers a wide range of activities and opportunities to high school and university students, faculty, alumni, researchers, lifelong learners, administrators, and other professionals from Harvard and other academic institutions worldwide. CHS Greece programs and activities are offered for free, and some of them are organized with other Harvard and non-Harvard entities.

### Events and Other Initiatives 

 

The Center for Hellenic Studies in Greece, though it prioritizes programs directed to the Harvard and Greek educational communities, it also offers a large number of events &amp; other initiatives, including symposia, conferences, events, introductory programs to the CHS Greece digital library, online resources from CHS, etc. These initiatives are addressed to Greek and international audiences and many of them are based on important synergies developed by the Center or based on proposals for collaborations by other institutions.
